Where is your nearest showroom located?

Kindly go to the “Showrooms” tab on our home page to access the locations of our showrooms across the country.

All orders will be processed for delivery between 24 to 48hours after order confirmation Alternatively, you can pick up item same day at our showrooms for your order to be ready for collection. Our customer service agents would let you know when and where to pick you your order.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The refund process and timelines vary based on the mode in which the payment was made. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been delivered.

PRUDENTIAL BANK, FIDELITY, FIRST ATLANTIC, ECOBANK, ABSA BANK, GCB, STANBIC BANK, ACCESS BANK, SOCIETE GENERALE, ZENITH BANK, and CBG.

STEPS

  1. Pick a Proforma invoice of the item(s) you want from any of our showrooms or email to [email protected] or [email protected] to request a Proforma invoice.
  2. Send it to any of the banks listed above to request a hire purchase arrangement.
  3. Once approved, the bank will pay for the item(s) and ask you to come for the item.
  4. You will then pay back the bank.

 

Yes, Please follow the steps below to generate a proforma invoice.

  1. Browse products and add desired items to the cart.
  2. Go to the cart to review selected products.
  3. Click “Request Proforma Quote.”
  4. If not signed up, kindly sign. up and complete the signup process.
  5. Enter your preferred prices for each product.
  6. Recalculate the total prices.
  7. Fill the form with the required information.
  8. Submit your Proforma Request.
  9. Receive a confirmation message and email.
  10. Get your proforma invoice via email and view it from your account dashboard.
  11. When prices are approved, you will be able to make payment through your account dashboard > Proforma Requests

Kindly note that all Proforma Invoices are valid for 5 days from initial requested day. 

When proforma invoice is approved, The customer is expected to make payment within validity date to prevent the invoice from being void and cancelled.
